UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery: £4.99, 2–4 working days. Free on orders over £50

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. International delivery: £23.99, 7–14 working days. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their own country — these aren’t included in the order total and are collected by the courier or local authority on delivery.

Preorder Items

Some products, such as our Christmas Mystery Craft Box and pilot Mystery Craft Box, are preorders. The dispatch date shown on the product page is the date your order leaves us, not the date it arrives. Please allow the usual delivery time above on top of the stated dispatch date.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by courier issues outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@beniaho.com and we’ll look into it for you.
